As a French tourist, I highly recommend this experience with Heena, she was very welcoming and took care of us from the beginning to the end it’s more than an activity it’s a great experience and memories, the safari guide was patient and professional, explaining every spot w stopped in and looking for the animals of the park. The prices are very affordable, you can take a morning or afternoon tour, or both, we wanted to do both but we hadn’t enough time because we had to head back to Jaipur, but if you sleep in Ratambore you have to do both for a better experience. I’m very satisfied and 100% recommend, don’t hesitate Heena will forward you a very quality service!! ~ Ines B

Excellent experience. We had booked 3 safari tours. Morning tour & evening tour on first day & another morning tour next day. We didn't sighted any tiger/tigress in eighter tour on first day. But the third tour was unbelivable. We saw tiger sooo closely that even we couldn't believe. It was really a thriling tour. Though we missed tiger on first day, the over all experience was too good. All the 3 tour guides were good. A must take *lifetime .memorable* experience. I myself has captured these pics in my phone. ~ Ina S

A great get away from a concrete jungle to an actual jungle, went there twice in a span of 3 months. Though the face off with tiger didn't happen with us but that is something which is highly over-rated there are a lot of things which can be cherished in a jungle like other animals, sunrise, greenery and yes def a FOX....hahaha. But seriously whenever you come to Ranthambhore ask Heena for a speical guide, with good guide and good company the entire experience will be amazing. ~ Madhav S

Hotel is situated at main road just on the way to Tiger Reserve. This property is at almost 3 km distance from Tiger Reserve.Good place to stay for mid class people. Good food. Value for money. Room service is good as Staff is very cooperating specially Manager has good and helping attitude. Parking is no issue. Good place to stay with family or friends. Swimming pool is there but not running all time. ~ Vicram P

For the first time in my life I saw strange birds, tiger, insects,snakes, trees, flowers, vines as thick as a man's hand and various animals. The experience was unforgettable. I was awestruck by the might of nature. I had visited Ranthambore tiger reserve for in feb 2023 and planned my trip with safari_by_heena. My experience with them was great. We stayed in a resort only on their recommendation and trust me it too was great and moreover helped us with local sightseeing and not just a safari. The way you presented the Money plant in a crafted Beer Bottle was astonishing You PHG Hospitality Guys are Amazingly Trained..very polite...they know what the guest want...and they totally deliver it. The best part of yours is that you have planned everything just you have started putting seeds for Vegetables...The Pluck and Eat fresh food is a way ahead of everything. ~ Ashwani K

Very good resort in the ranthambore at this price point. Staff is also really good. When i visit the resort its under maintainence. The owner is also a great person. Pool is also spacious but kind of little dirty. Food is also good and the view of aravali hills is breathtaking as the owner upgraded my room. At that time they dont serve ice cream but manager send a staff member to bring it for me. ~ Aman B

Nice hotel its into pre-opening stage but the hospitality of the staff is really good and the quality they maintain its better then the 4 star hotel , really the classy rooms and the pool area is very peaceful. ~ SS T
